1. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to present design services offered by Adam Reznik.

By accessing this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Services

Design services are offered on a project basis and may include product design, interface design, website design, and related consulting services.

The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined individually and agreed upon before work begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract until a written agreement between both parties is established.

3. Project Agreements

All project work is governed by a separate agreement or written confirmation outlining:

  • project scope

  • deliverables

  • timeline

  • payment terms

Work typically begins after mutual agreement and receipt of any required project materials.

Project timelines depend on timely feedback and delivery of required materials from the client. Delays in communication or approvals may result in adjustments to the project schedule.

Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require timeline adjustments and an updated quote.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients receive rights to the final design deliverables upon full payment.

  • Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and internal working files remain the property of the designer.

  • The designer retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Only final approved deliverables transferred after full payment may be used by the client. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused design directions may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payments

Payment terms are defined individually for each project.

Typical arrangements may include:

  • an initial deposit before work begins

  • final payment prior to delivery of final assets

Late payments may delay delivery of project materials.

6. Confidentiality

All client materials and project information are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the designer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or materials delivered.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Design services are intended to improve user experience and product quality, but they do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, conversion rates, profitability, or user growth. Actual results may depend on many factors including product strategy, implementation, marketing, and market conditions.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
